AGE!?! - Anything, as long as it suits the type of character you are making
GROUP!?! - Vampire? Human? Werewolf? Shape shifter? Fairy? Goblin? Ghost? Mermaid? Come up with something!
SEXUALITY!?! - Hetero, Homo, Bi, Pan, A
GENDER!?! - Male or female? Or does your creature have an undefined gender?
PLAYED BY!?! - REQUIRED FACECLAIM

LIKES!?! - 5+
DISLIKES!?! - 5+
GOALS!?! - 1+
FEARS!?! - 1+
STRENGTHS!?! - 3+
WEAKNESS!?! - 3+
OVERAL!?! - Not required, but preferred if you fill this out. It can be a paragraph, a sample diary entry, a list, whatever suits your fancy. If you are applying for a canon THIS IS REQUIRED.

 

EYES!?! - description of the eyes, or just a color
HAIR!?! - describe the hair, color and type
FACE!?! - What color is their skin?
BODY!?! - Are they tall, what is their weight? Are they proportional? (is your character a dwarf?)
UNUSUAL!?! - scars, piercings, abnormalities. If your character is perfect so far make this an abnormality so they aren't a Mary Sue.
OVERAL!?! - What kind of clothes does your character wear?

MOTHER!?! - mothers name, age, occupation.
FATHER!?! - fathers name, age, occupation.
SIBLINGS!?! - brothers/sisters, name, age, occupation.
IMPORTANT!?! - important family, name, age, occupation.
FINALLY!?! - at least one paragraph of history, unless your character is a canon or older than 100. For a canon the minimum is two, for over 100 the minimum is 2 paragraphs, then one more for every two hundred years of their life. A 300 year old character needs three paragraphs, a 900 year old character needs six.
